Living here
We have had are fair share of Leasing Managers here at this Property. I am sad the new Leasing Manager Joi Perry is leaving ... soon. She has been a great help with all the problem's I may have had or needed help getting done. I hope she comes back, or we get someone else just as good as her. The building is older was told it was a hotel before they renovated it to Apartments so its 50/50. The Leasing Manager hasn't ... been at this building location long but did her very best to assist me with all my questions. Parking sucks so unless you plan on buying parking while living here talk to the front desk people when leaving the tour. Read More about Building reviewBy: Anonymous Verified Resident

I've lived in the 925 Apartments for about two months now and I have no complaints. The staff is proactive and approachable, ... the room is comfortable, the neighbors are respectful, and the hallways are normally very quiet. This environment is great for studying and socializing in this dynamic area of DC. Read More about Impressive ComplexBy: Jordan Johnson

The location is hard to beat--walking distance from grocery stores, the metro, and Georgetown. It's also a quiet, pretty ... neighborhood. Management is quite responsive and tries to accommodate everyone. Sure, it's an old building and some neighbors can get loud at times, but you will have a hard time finding a better bang for your buck in this area. A quiet community and quiet building. Courteous and helpful staff.

This is a really nice neighborhood. It is conveniently located, especially if you are a GW student.

Community in the apartment comes in a mix - from families to the elderly to college students. Definitely not a "loud" apartment. Everyone is friendly.

I love the distribution of the flats and the location. Also it is a quiet building and place.

I love the location. I study in GWU and it is 4 blocks away. Grocery Stores are close (trader joes and wholefoods) and the metro is two blocks away. Morover the Kennedy Center is super close so you can enjoy the art scene in DC. The mall is also very near. It is simply a perfect location.

I've lived in the Statesman, 2400 M and here, and I'd say 925 is the best of the three.
